    Week 1 – Foundation (Day 1–7)

🎯 Goal: Understand basics & get set up.

Day 1–2 → Learn what forex/crypto trading is, how profit is made.

Day 3 → Download MT4/MT5 (or TradingView). Create a demo account.

Day 4–5 → Learn how to place buy/sell trades, set Stop Loss (SL) & Take Profit (TP).

Day 6 → Study candlesticks: bullish vs bearish candles, wicks, engulfing, doji.

Day 7 → Journal: Write what you’ve learned this week.

    ---

    Week 2 – Chart Reading (Day 8–14)

🎯 Goal: Learn to analyze price movement.

Day 8–9 → Learn Support & Resistance (mark highs/lows on chart).

Day 10 → Learn Trendlines (uptrend = higher highs, downtrend = lower lows).

Day 11 → Practice drawing support/resistance + trendlines on demo.

    Day 12–13 → Learn 2 basic indicators: Moving Averages (50 & 200) + RSI.

Day 14 → Review & practice. Take at least 3 demo trades based on trend + S/R.

    ---

    Week 3 – Strategy & Risk (Day 15–21)

🎯 Goal: Build your first trading system.

Day 15–16 → Learn Risk Management (1–2% per trade, lot sizes).

    Day 17–18 → Learn Risk-Reward Ratio (1:2 or better).

Day 19 → Create a simple trading plan (example: only trade trends + S/R).

Day 20 → Place 5 demo trades using your plan. Record results.

Day 21 → Review your trades (what worked, what didn’t).

    ---

    Week 4 – Discipline & Going Live (Day 22–30)

🎯 Goal: Practice like a real trader & prepare for small live trading.

Day 22–24 → Stick to your plan. Place only high-quality trades (no overtrading).

Day 25 → Learn about economic calendar (Forex Factory, Investing.com).

Day 26 → Study how news affects markets (NFP, CPI, interest rates).

Day 27–28 → Backtest your strategy (check old charts to see how it works).

Day 29 → Decide if you’re consistent. If yes → prepare a small live account ($10–50 max).

Day 30 → Start live trading with strict risk rules OR continue demo if not confident yet.

    ---

    📓 Daily Rules for You

Trade only 1–2 pairs at first (e.g., EUR/USD, Gold).

Use a trade journal → record entry, SL, TP, result, and lessons.

Never risk more than 1–2% of your account.

Focus on quality setups, not quantity.

    ---

👉 By the end of 30 days, you’ll understand charts, have a trading plan,

    and either:

    Start trading small live, or

Keep practicing on demo until you’re confident.
