*Older people* are seen as wise and deserving of respect. Their words carry weight, and they often hold key positions in families and society. But sometimes, they feel like the younger generation sees them as "old fashioned" or listen to their advice because they feel it's outdated or because they're not from this generation so they won't understand so they tend to isolate them.
*Young people* bring fresh ideas, energy, and a hunger for change. But they’re often told to “know their place” or “wait for their turn.” It’s frustrating when your voice is dismissed just because of your age.
Both sides have their perks and struggles. Elders get respect but may risk isolation. Youth have creativity but struggle to be taken seriously.
The real goal? Finding balance and learning from each other. Age is a bridge not a barrier it should connect us, not divide us.
