    This means the new update is not available for all users today, but users who want to skip the wait time and install Android Auto 14.7 on their devices can deploy this version manually. The process involves downloading the Android Auto 14.7 APK installer on their devices. When the download is complete, users must browse to the file's location, tap the installer, and follow the on-screen wizard to complete the update.

     

    Users don't need to remove the existing Android Auto installation but are sometimes required to enable special permissions.

     

    Android Auto 14.7 doesn't include any big front-facing changes, but it was previously discovered that Google uses this version to get a step closer to the release of a light visual style.
