Spanish club FC Barcelona has revealed a net loss of €17 million for the 2024–25 season, despite generating nearly €994 million in total revenue.
President Joan Laporta shared the update at the club’s General Assembly, noting that the figure initially showed a surplus before additional expenses turned it into a loss.
He said the club achieved record sponsorship deals worth €259 million and reduced its debt by €90 million, describing it as “a step in the right direction.”
Laporta added that Barça remains focused on financial recovery and completing the Spotify Camp Nou rebuild.
