  • The first step isn’t to “get over it.” It’s to accept it happened. Stop rewriting the story. Stop wishing they’d come back. It ended but you didn’t.

Block, unfollow, mute for peace. You can’t heal in the same place that broke you.

Cry. Write. Sleep. Repeat. You’re not weak for missing them. You’re human for loving deeply.

One day, the ache will still come, but softer. Like a memory, not a wound. That’s how you know you’re healing.

Start doing small things just for you. Change your hair. Take pictures. Reclaim songs that remind you of them. Make new memories.

Don’t chase closure. Sometimes the silence is the closure. Accept it and keep choosing yourself, even when it hurts.

Moving on doesn’t mean you stopped loving them it means you started loving yourself more.

You deserve someone who doesn’t make love feel like a lesson. But before that person comes, become your own peace.

Healing looks boring sometimes staying home, ignoring their name, drinking water, focusing on goals but that’s how peace is built.

It hurts now, but one day, this same pain will become proof that you survived what tried to break you.
