1 day agoLife has a way of testing us. Sometimes, it feels like every door we knock on either takes too long to open—or doesn’t open at all.
I’ve been on a long journey of searching for opportunities, and honestly, it hasn’t been easy. I’m a barber by profession, but deep down, I’ve always been drawn to technology—especially Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
The idea of creating solutions that can change lives excites me, and I’m committed to carving a career in that field. But getting there has been a challenge.
Along the way, I’ve tried my hands at different things:
Affiliate marketing,
Freelance writing on platforms like Upwork and Fiverr, Guru, WritersGig,
Content creation.
Each of these taught me something valuable, but none has given me the financial stability I’ve been chasing. It’s been hard to make consistent money, and keeping up with life’s daily challenges sometimes feels overwhelming.
There are moments I catch myself wondering if the problem is me—if maybe I’m not doing something right, or if I’m simply not “good enough.” But no matter how heavy the doubt gets, I refuse to give up. I believe persistence eventually pays off, and one day, the story will be different.
Recently, I discovered Konnect.com.ng, and I decided to try it out. A space like this—where people can openly share experiences, learn, earn, and connect—feels like a step in the right direction. Sometimes, just knowing you’re not alone on the journey makes the weight a little lighter.
For now, I’m focused on building skills in AI/ML, no matter how tough the journey gets. Because I know that in the end, all these struggles will form part of the testimony.
