    1. 🧠 Hardcoded API keys
    It’s convenient… until it leaks on GitHub.
    Hackers scan public repos daily — looking for .env mistakes.
    ➡️ Always use environment variables.


    2. 🛑 No Rate Limiting on Login APIs
    Brute-force attacks are still real.
    If your login endpoint has no throttling, it’s a door wide open.
    ➡️ Use tools like express-rate-limit or Django Ratelimit.


    3. 🔐 Using MD5 for Password Hashing
    MD5 is broken. SHA1 too.
    ➡️ Use bcrypt, argon2, or scrypt. Always with a salt.

    9. 🌍 Exposing Internal APIs/Public Buckets
    Sometimes devs forget S3 buckets or test APIs.
    Hackers don’t.
    ➡️ Audit your infra regularly. Use tools like Shodan to see what’s visible.


    10. 📱 No 2FA on Admin Accounts
    Doesn’t matter how secure your code is —
    If your admin panel has a weak password and no 2FA… game over.
