1. Spit on the ground - your DNA stays there.
2. Scratch the kidnapper - DNA under your nails can help police.
3. Call 112 and say you want to "order a pizza" - they'll know you need help.
4. If you can't talk, press 55 (in some places it alerts police).
5. If you're in a moving truck, try to break the tail light so others notice and call for help.
