For 42 weeks, he believed he was about to become a father. There was even a baby shower, with family and friends gathered to celebrate what they thought was a real pregnancy.
Everything came crashing down when his girlfriend claimed she was being induced, only for the hospital to reveal that no such patient was registered there. That was when he realized the whole thing had been a lie.
