1 fenugreek
2 Rosemary leaf
3 Bay leaf
4 Cinnamon
5 Black seeds
6 Hibiscus flower
7 Cloves
8 olive oil
9 Coconut oil
Procedures on how to mix the ingredients
1 Grind ingredients 1-7 to a powdered form
2 Get a bowl or a container that pour in the olive and coconut oil
