💔 He was my peace… until he became my pain.
I used to think love was enough. That if you give your all, you’ll get the same energy back.
I was wrong.
He came into my life at a time when everything felt heavy. He didn’t just offer love — he offered healing, or so I thought.
His words were soft. His intentions looked pure. He checked on me every morning and prayed with me at night.
I smiled differently because of him.
Slowly, I began to depend on him emotionally. I trusted him with parts of me I never shared with anyone.
And then…
He changed.
The messages slowed. The tone grew colder. He started hiding things — calls he wouldn't answer around me, chats he’d quickly swipe away.
I asked questions. He said I was insecure.
Until I found out the truth.
He had someone else. And not just recently — she’d been there all along.
💔 Everything shattered. I cried. I screamed. I lost sleep. I blamed myself.
But eventually, I stopped crying.
I wiped my tears and remembered who I was before him.
🦋 I am still healing… but I am no longer hurting.
💭 If you’ve ever loved someone who betrayed you, know this:
You are not the fool — they are the one who lost something real.
