    The cost of everything is going up- food,fuel, transport,rent, school fees- and incomes are not increasing to match 

    For me I've had to:

    . Cut down on non essential spending

    . Look for more remote gigs online

    .start buying in bulk to reduce daily market stress

    . switch to more affordable local alternative

    some days it feels like survival is a full-time job but I know I'm not alone

    How are you managing?
