Just sleeping members. The owner has forgotten it exists. Or they feel guilty every time they see it. THE OPPORTUNITY: Those 30,000 members are still on Facebook. They still scroll daily. If a post appears from that group, they will see it. The audience is not dead. It's just waiting. You can wake up that group, build activity, and then sell it to a business that wants instant access to a large Nigerian audience. Or you keep it and sell sponsored posts weekly. HOW TO DO IT STEP-BY-STEP: Step 1: Find Dead Groups. Use Google or Facebook search. Step 3: The 7-Day Revival Plan. Once you get admin access, post daily for one week: · Day 1: A controversial question related to the group niche. "Who remembers when..." · Day 2: A funny meme or throwback video relevant to the group. · Day 3: A poll. "Which is better, A or B?" · Day 4: A valuable free tip or resource. · Day 5: Another engaging question that sparks debate. · Day 6: A success story or inspiring testimony. · Day 7: A live video or a "Meet the Members" post. By Day 7, the algorithm will notice the activity. Posts will start appearing on members' feeds. Engagement will rise. The group is now breathing again. Step 4: Monetize the Revived Group. Option A: Sell the group outright. Go to small businesses in that niche. Send a DM: "I manage a Facebook group with 25,000 active Nigerian members in [niche]. I revived it recently and engagement is growing daily. I'm looking to hand over admin rights to a business that wants instant audience access. Price: ₦150,000. Interested?" Option B: Sell sponsored posts. Message 10 businesses weekly: "I manage a Facebook group with 25,000 members in [niche]. I can post your product as a pinned featured post for one week.
