I am not an expert but what you should achieve is to merit the qualification for writing blog post, and after you've done that, you should learn how to write a proper blog post, as the company will only approve you to write blog post after giving you a trial which you must pass (spoiler alert, if you can prove that you're good at writing blog posts, you don't even need to meet the criteria before getting approved).
Another thing that will help you with growing your followerbase and income is engaging in people's post, and responding to comments on your post.-
Yes I agree with your advice for him. He must also learn to read and contribute in other people's content. I mean constructive contribution and not destructive criticism born out of of jealousy. Writers are also good readers.

My goal is clear — to earn ₦50,000 monthly from this platform. I know it won’t be instant, but with consistency, it’s possible.
💡 Here’s my plan:
• Write at least 1 blog post every 2 days
• Post 5–10 comments daily to stay active
• Start engaging threads like this to build views
• Share my blog/thread links on WhatsApp groups and status
• Refer friends (referral earnings add up quickly)
• Work toward 100 posts + 10,000 views to activate the RPM bonus
Once I hit RPM level, the $0.35 per 1,000 views can start turning into real monthly cash. If each post gets 1,000–2,000 views, that’s solid side income!
