A reputable company announced vacancies,and 180 people applied.After a CBT Test,only 80 people passed and were invited for an oral interview.
On the interview day everyone looked elegant-suits, senator wears and ladies with fine makeup.While they waited for the CEO,a cleaner approached,asking for help to move some building blocks.
Most ignored her.One lady even snapped,"just look at us!Do we look like labourers?".Only 25 people out of sympathy followed her to help.The task was easy and didn't take long.
Surprisingly,the cleaner write down their names.Later,when they were told that the CEO was ready,the cleaner walked in - she was the CEO in disguise!
Smiling,she said,"I've found the 25 people I need for the job".
Some cried, others complained.But a clear lesson was learned.
