This is my final month in Lagos. I am relocating to Canada. I am not "japa-ing" because I h@te Nigeria. I love this country. But I love my children more. I want them to breathe clean air. I want them to have options. But I am also packing my language, my recipes, my values, and my stories. I am not escaping; I am expanding. Is leaving a betrayal or an evolution?
