    “Best graduating student!”

    I was proud. Everyone said, “Your future is bright.”

    Now it’s been two years. No job.

    Meanwhile, the guy who slept through classes?

    His uncle “fixed” him into a government job.

    And that’s the painful part.

    Merit is not enough in this country.

    It’s not what you know. It’s who you know.

    Still… I’ll keep pushing. One day, my effort will meet opportunity.
