As believers(children of God), we sometimes think discipline comes only from sheer willpower or long marathon hours of work. But God also gives us wisdom—practical tools that help us steward our time better.

That’s when I discovered the Pomodoro technique.

    It’s simple:

Work with full focus for 25 minutes.

Then take a 5-minute break, pray, breathe, stretch, or whisper a scripture over your life.

After 4 rounds, take a longer break to refresh.

It felt strange at first, but soon I realized something powerful: pairing work with prayer breaks not only made me more productive, it also kept my spirit alive in the middle of tasks.

Because let’s be honest—what’s the point of finishing the day exhausted but prayerless?

The Pomodoro technique reminded me that little pockets of prayer + focused work can shift both productivity and peace. 💡

So next time you sit down to work, try this: set your timer for 25 minutes, then give God 5.

    Small rhythms, big results. 🙏✨

    Good morning and have

    blessed day ahead 🌹
