I went to buy bread this morning feeling fresh and responsible 😭 As I reached the junction, one small boy looked at me and shouted: “Uncle, your slippers don tear!” Omo… the embarrassment was too much 😂💔 Because immediately everybody looked at my leg. Even one woman selling tomatoes bent down to confirm 😭 The painful part? I was still walking confidently before that moment. I even greeted two people proudly. I checked the slippers… and truly, the thing opened mouth like crocodile 🐊😂 Now instead of going home peacefully, I started dragging my leg like injured footballer so people wouldn’t notice. Nigeria can humble somebody without warning 😭
