1/ Are you in school but feel like giving up?

You’re tired, drained, and nothing makes sense anymore?

    This thread is for YOU.

Here’s how to come back from the bottom.👇

    2/ First, understand this:

You are NOT your failure. You are NOT your carryovers.

You are NOT the mistakes you made last semester.

You’re simply in a low season, and that can change.

3/ A lot of people pretend. Partying hard, posting vibes, but battling depression in private.

Don't let their noise make you feel like a loser.

Silence isn’t weakness, sometimes it’s survival.

4/ If you’ve been dormant for months — skipping class, avoiding people, hiding results — you're not alone.

But here’s the truth: Being dormant won’t help.

Doing nothing does something — it makes things worse.

5/ Giving up is tempting, but regret lasts longer.

    One day, you’ll look back.

Will you say “thank God I fought back”? Or “I wish I had tried”?

6/ So what do you do now?

Forgive yourself. Rebuild small habits (Attend 1 class. Read 1 topic.)

Disconnect from distractions (toxic friends, fake love)

Set new goals. Ask for help (mentors, tutors, God)

    7/ Your story isn’t finished.

Even if your CGPA is low, your name isn’t popular, and nobody believes in you — you can still rise.

8/ Life doesn’t reward perfect people. It rewards people who don’t quit. Get up. Try again.

You’ve got more in you than you think.

9/ To every student who feels stuck: You are not a failure. You are a fighter in a tough round. And fighters don’t stay down.

10/ If this thread spoke to you, don’t keep it to yourself.
