One thing nobody told me early enough is that clients can humble you.
There was this guy that messaged me for a logo. I sent him 3 solid drafts. Baba looked me dead in the eye and said, “These are nice, but can you make it look more... spiritual?” 😭😭😭
I was confused. Logo wey no be church logo.
But instead of vexing, I asked questions, tried to understand his vision better, and made adjustments. In the end, he loved it and even referred me to two other people.
