5 hrs agoBAD TIMING … Namcor corruption case accused Malakia Elindi says the Anti-Corruption Commission should have waited 30 days before arresting him as he was on the verge of finalising a business deal to sell uranium exclusive prospecting licence (EPL) rights to an investor. Elindi, who owns Zoya Minerals CC with his brother and co-accused Peter Elindi, on Thursday in court said they were in the process of completing the deal. Zoya Minerals CC deals in uranium, copper, and other minerals licences. Elindi said he was in the process of selling the rights within the EPL to begin drilling operations and prepare for listing on the Namibian Stock Exchange. Update: Veripuami Kangumine
