Not Every Leader Is a Minister, and Not Every Minister Is a Leader

    Titles don’t make a leader.

    Microphones don’t make a minister.

You can stand on a pulpit and still not care for people.

You can wear a collar and still lack compassion.

True leadership isn’t about being obeyed — it’s about serving others.

And true ministry isn’t about being seen — it’s about healing hearts.

🕊️ A real minister notices who’s missing from church and checks in.

A real leader listens more than they speak.

They wash feet before they demand crowns.

Leadership in God’s kingdom isn’t measured by applause — it’s measured by impact.

It’s not how many people follow you…

It’s how many people found God through you.

So, if you’re in a position of influence — big or small —

    Lead with humility.

    Serve with love.

Preach with your life, not just your lips.

What’s one trait every godly leader must have?

    Let’s hear your thoughts 👇
