1. Being the strong one is exhausting.
You carry what others can’t.
You pour into people who never ask how *you’re* doing.
2. You’re the one they run to…
But when you break, it’s *quiet.*
No one notices. No one checks in.
3. You’ve mastered hiding pain with a laugh.
You’ve normalized showing up while falling apart inside.
And the scary part?
You’re *good* at it.
4. But strength isn’t about pretending you're okay.
It's about *knowing* when you're not…
And allowing yourself to fall apart without shame.
5. Read this twice:
Even strong people deserve softness.
Even strong people get tired.
Even strong people need someone to say, *“You don’t have to carry this alone.”*
6. So if you're reading this and you're tired:
It’s okay to rest.
It’s okay to ask for help.
And it’s okay to say *“I’m not okay.”*
7. You don't have to be everything for everyone.
You just have to be honest with yourself.
That’s real strength. 💯
