If you are a rich man today, respect those who are coming because you don't know if you have reached your plateau. The people who are rising, you don't know how far they will go, if there is anything i have learnt, it is that relationships are investments, if people really matter to you then invest in their lives. If you don't invest in their lives don't claim they matter to you and stay away from their success when God lift them because you have no stake there.
