31 days agoManchester United are reportedly eyeing Atletico Madrid's Conor Gallagher as a backup option if they fail to land Brighton's Carlos Baleba.
Baleba's £100m price tag put United off in the summer, but they remain interested. According to mundo Deportivo, Atletico could let Gallagher go for around £60m (£52.4m).
The midfielder only joined Atletico from Chelsea in summer 2024 for about £34m, and it's unclear if United will pay the fee in January.
