💼 Many people believe degrees still determine career opportunities. But today, others argue that skills and real ability matter more than certificates. Some companies are already hiring without asking for degrees.

❓ Do you think pay and promotions should depend more on skills than on formal education?

  • Well, the both should go hand in hand, because both degree and skills has their place in bringing an incredible result and impact on any organization.
When a person has a degree to back up the skill acquired it show that the person have understood the fundamentals, the rules of engagement, and principles of the skills he/she has and will have also learned the discipline requirements to put the best of their skills to work to improve any organization they are found.
But in the place of which one should be more important and should be considered when the both are not complete in a person,
I think skills should come first and be considered above degrees, because every organization really wants the person that can actually get the job done perfectly.
