48 days agoThe Story of the Woman Who Threw Garbage
Long ago in Makkah, Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would walk through the streets to the Kaaba. On one street, there lived a woman who disliked him very much. Every time he passed her house, she would throw garbage at him to insult him.
But Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) never became angry. He did not shout back or seek revenge. Instead, he continued to walk calmly, showing patience.
One day, as he walked by, he noticed that no garbage was thrown at him. The woman was not there. Concerned, he asked the neighbors and learned that she was very sick.
Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) went to her house and gently knocked on her door. Surprised and afraid, the woman asked:
“Why have you come here? I treated you badly.”
He replied with kindness:
“I heard you are sick, so I came to visit you and pray for your health.”
The woman was deeply moved by his mercy and patience. She realized he was truly a Prophet of God, and many say she later accepted Islam because of his noble character.
