*Nobody tells you how confusing career decisions can be.
Here’s a thread on how to build your career one smart step at a time – especially if you're just starting out 🧵👇*

    1. *Start where you are*
You don’t need to have it all figured out. Explore your interests, try internships, volunteer. Every step teaches you something

    2. *Build real skills*
Your certificate is good, but can you solve problems? Learn digital tools, communication, leadership, or a trade—whatever moves you forward.

    3. *Create a LinkedIn profile* (or clean up your social media)
Your online presence can open doors or close them. Make it professional and honest.

    4. *Network intentionally*
Talk to people in your field. Attend webinars, ask questions, join forums.
Sometimes, *“who knows you”* matters more than *“what you know.”*

    5. *Never stop learning*
Courses, books, mentorship, even YouTube tutorials. Growth is continuous. Stay hungry, stay humble.

Career development is a marathon, not a sprint 🏁
Stay consistent, stay curious. You’ll get there.

If you're working on your goals, drop a ✨ and let’s connect.
