As a Mechatronics Engineering student, I see how fast automation and smart systems are growing. But I sometimes wonder… is Nigeria (and Africa as a whole) ready to embrace this future?
We still face challenges like electricity shortages, slow internet, and limited tech infrastructure. Yet, at the same time, we have some of the smartest young people building apps, startups, and innovations.
I believe if we focus more on education, digital skills, and investment in tech, Africa can compete globally.
