Yesterday was one of those days that made me question everything. I walked into a room and completely forgot why I went there. I stood there looking around like a security guard on duty, hoping my memory would return. After a few minutes, I went back to where I came from and suddenly remembered what I needed. So I walked back to the room again. On my way there, my phone rang. I answered the call, had a short conversation, and immediately forgot what I was originally looking for. At that point, I knew my brain had officially resigned from work. ππ Later that day, I spent almost ten minutes searching for my phone. I checked under the bed, inside my bag, and even in the kitchen. I was getting frustrated until my friend looked at me and said, "Isn't that your phone in your hand?" I looked down and almost laughed at myself. Sometimes life can be stressful, and our minds become overloaded with too many things at once. We forget simple things and do funny things without realizing it. The good news is that we can laugh about it and move on. Moral of the story: No matter how serious life gets, don't forget to laugh at yourself sometimes. A good laugh can make a stressful day feel much lighter. π Have you ever searched for something that was already in your hand? π
