You ever wake up one morning and your brain just says,
> “Not today, buddy.”
That was me last Monday. I poured cornflakes into my coffee mug, poured coffee into the cereal bowl, and still tried to convince myself I was “being innovative.”
I went to class, feeling like Einstein — until the lecturer said,
> “Good morning,”
and I proudly replied,
“Fine, thank you.”
That was the moment I knew the Wi-Fi between my mouth and brain had officially disconnected.
At lunch, I opened my wallet and saw only ₦200 staring back at me. I smiled confidently and said,
> “Budgeting is just advanced suffering.”
Then, my friend asked if I was okay. I told him,
> “Of course! My mental health is on airplane mode.”
By evening, my phone battery was at 2%, my data was gone, and I still told myself,
> “We move.”
Because in Nigeria, if you don’t laugh at your problems… your problems will laugh at you first. 😂
