    A=1\2 x (a+b) x h so we want to find the distance between the parallel side of the length of a trapezium is 5 cm and 9cm ,the area is 91 cm

    A=1\2 × +(a+b) x h

    91=1/2 x ( 9+5) x h

    91=1/2 (14) x h

    91=7h

    :h =91÷7=13cm

    So the distance is 13 cm
