    You’ve heard of the Great Wall of China… but do you know it didn’t fully serve its purpose? 🤨

     

    While the Great Wall was built to keep out invaders like the Mongols, history tells us something shocking — many attackers simply rode around the Wall or bribed gatekeepers to enter China.

    Even the famous warrior Genghis Khan avoided the most fortified parts and found gaps to lead his army through.

    So despite its size and strength, the Wall was not an unbeatable defense as many believe today.

     

    Sometimes, even the greatest human creations don’t work as planned! 🏯
