56 days agoLong ago in Nigeria, there was no sound sweeter than when NEPA finally brought light. You’d hear the whole street shout ‘UP NEPA!!!’ at the same time, as if it was victory. Kids would start ironing uniforms, mothers rushing to blend pepper, boys running to charge their torchlight phones.
