The Story of Nnamdi Kanu

Late President Buhari arrested Mazi Nnamdi Kanu on June 18, 2021. After four years and counting, Mazi is still in custody. Today, a Yoruba man is leading a protest, pleading to a Yoruba man-led government to release an Igbo man. This could have been an ideal country, void of tribal sentiment and resentment.

In 2021, Chief Mbazulike Amaechi, a 93-year-old statesman and First Republic parliamentarian, visited President Buhari to plead for Nnamdi Kanu's release, but he refused. Chief Mbazulike died in full disappointment of Buhari's refusal in 2022,; Buhari has also joined him in the great beyond, leaving behind the arrears of the problem he mechanized.

It's becoming glaring, if you are an Igbo man in this country, you are already one-nil down. But alas! the more we are oppressed, the more we multiply.

    Bury a seed, it sprouts.

Plant a seed, it still sprouts.

Head or tail, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will be free.
