    This is not just one of those online gist — this is a true life story that happened recently in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.

    There was a man in his early 30s, very proud and known for showing off. He owned an electronics shop in a big market. People used to call him “Odogwu” because of how he carried himself and how he always insulted others, especially the poor.

    One afternoon, a widow came to his shop. She looked tired, wearing old clothes, and came with one of her sons. She wanted to buy a second-hand fan for her children because they couldn’t sleep at night due to heat.

    She pleaded with him, saying:

    > “Please, help me reduce the price, I’m a widow. I don’t have enough money.”

    Instead of helping her, the man laughed and shouted so that everyone in the shop could hear:

    > “Go and beg your dead husband! If he was responsible, you won’t be here embarrassing yourself!”

    Everyone went quiet. The woman didn’t argue. She just looked at him, shook her head, and said:

    > “You mocked my tears. Let God fight for me.”

    She left with tears in her eyes. Even the people in the market were speechless.

    Now here’s where it gets very shocking...

    Just 3 days later, that same man collapsed in his shop. One side of his body went numb, and he couldn’t talk properly. People rushed him to the hospital. The doctors ran tests but couldn’t explain what was wrong.

    From the hospital bed, he kept crying and begging — saying it was because of the widow.

    Till today, he didn’t die — but he still walks with one leg dragging, and he can no longer speak clearly.

    His business dropped. His friends stopped coming. And people say he still regrets that moment every single day
