I went to buy bread this morning and the woman asked, “Do you want sliced bread or unsliced?” I said, “Madam, at this point of life, even if the bread has WAEC result, just give me.” 😭😂 She laughed and added extra nylon. Nigerian mothers will still remove the bread from that nylon and keep the nylon safe like family inheritance. The funniest part? As I reached house, NEPA brought light for exactly 4 minutes. Everybody started charging phones like it was an Olympic competition. One person plugged power bank. Another plugged pressing iron. My uncle even switched on blender to blend pepper for “just in case.” 😭 Before I could connect my charger… “PAM!” Light gone. The silence after NEPA takes light unexpectedly is always personal. 😂
