We need each other to survive.

Life was never designed to be done alone. I've come to realize, no matter how strong, independent, or self-sufficient we think we are, there are moments when we all need someone. A hand to hold, a voice to encourage us, a shoulder to lean on.

You see, we were created for connection. That's why isolation drains us. That's why even the strongest people sometimes break down in silence. This journey called life comes with its own load, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and it's okay to admit that we can't carry it all by ourselves.

I know what it means to be strong for everyone and yet be silently longing for someone to check in on me. So I'm reminding myself and anyone reading this it's okay to need people. It's okay to ask for help.

Support systems are not a weakness. They're survival tools. We grow better in circles. We heal better when we talk. We rise stronger when we walk together.

So let's look out for each other. Let's be kind enough to ask, "How are you really?"
Let's not just pass people by, let's pause and be present.

Because truly, we need each other to survive.
    And there's strength in togetherness.
