    What Helped Me Survive COVID

Surviving COVID wasn’t just about medicine — it was a journey of the body, mind, and spirit.

Medically, I followed the right treatment and safety guidelines. I took prescribed medications, vitamins (especially Vitamin C, D, and Zinc), stayed hydrated, and rested properly. Regular monitoring of my oxygen level and temperature helped me act fast when things got worse. I also made sure to eat nourishing foods to strengthen my immune system.

Psychologically, I battled fear and anxiety by choosing positivity daily. Isolation can drain one’s mind, but I stayed connected with loved ones through calls and messages. I limited negative news and replaced it with uplifting stories. Breathing exercises, gratitude journaling, and hopeful thoughts helped me remain mentally strong even when my body felt weak.

Biblically, my faith became my greatest medicine. I stood on scriptures like Psalm 91:10-11 — “No plague shall come near your dwelling.” I prayed constantly, believing God for healing and divine protection. I remembered that Jesus is the Great Physician, and His stripes bring healing (Isaiah 53:5). Worship and thanksgiving kept my spirit alive even in dark moments.

In the end, what saved me was a combination of science, strength, and faith — taking care of my health, guarding my mind, and trusting God through it all.

    Thanks
