What if everything you believe about Anger is wrong? What if Anger is offten label as  destructive, sinful, or negative, is actually one of the most powerful force within us. A force design not to destroy ___ but  to transform?

For centuries, we're  been told to suppress Anger, to see it as weakness or a moral failure, the Bible himself tell us!!!  Be Angry but do not sin(Ephesians 4vs26) pause and reflect on that!!!!!!

God himself acknowledge Anger is natural human emotion. But the command is not to eliminate it, ___ but to redirect it!!!!!!

Anger is energy. Pure untamed energy, like all energy, it can either fuel destruction or ignite, transformation, Think about it, every great chance in the world, every fight for justice, every moment of personal breakthrough offten begin with Anger ___ Anger at injustice,at lies at the unacceptable, Anger is the spark that tell us  something must change

But here is the problem we offten taught to misused it, we let anger exploded in hurtful words, harmful action or bitter silent, instead of being a force of positive change, it becomes a force for regret this is why many of us fear it,, hide it, or feel guilty for feeling it

What if we stopped seeing Anger is an enemy? What if we learn to harness it, imagined turning every frustration into motivation, every injustice into action, every personal slight into opportunity of growth.

Anger when control and directed can be the driving force behind every better decision, strong boundaries, and a life that refuse to settle for mediocrity

The key is awareness and intention, you don't have to suppress your Anger but you must chose how to act on it, __ Ask yourself?? Will I let this Anger destroy me, or will I let it overpower me? Will I react impulsively, or will I respond wisely

    What is your opinion 👇👇👇👇
