    WITHOUT  WASTING TIME , WHEN WE SAY  "ELIGIBILITY"MEANS QUALIFYING  FOR SAMTHING : Meating the requirements.           BEING SUITABLE:Having the necessary  qualifications/characters  to receive specific  thing o samething.                                               __________________________________________.    Example: Job eligibility.                                                        College eligibility.                                                 Loan eligibility.                                  IN SIMPLE  TERM , IT MEANS MEETING  NEECESSARY CONTION TO BE CONSIDERED  FOR REWARD.
