My friend is currently going through something very strange and frightening. She met someone on Telegram; a girl; and not even up to three days after they started talking, this girl began to spiritually manipulate her.

She would randomly call or send voice notes telling her to send her "NUDĀ£$" and if my friend didnāt do it that same day, she would become extremely restless and disturbed until she gave in. She said it felt like something was controlling her, like spiritual hypnosis.

What makes it worse is that my friend doesnāt even know where this girl lives, her real name, or even what she looks like. She doesnāt have any photos of her face. This person had so much influence on her that she started isolating and couldnāt talk to anyone about it for a long time. She's a decent, quiet person, but right now sheās struggling deeply and mentally.

Iām honestly scared for her. I fear she might hurt herself if this continues, and I didnāt know who else to turn to. So Iāve come to Lifers. Please, sheāll be reading your comments. Help me advise her on what she can do in a situation like this.

Iāve suggested that she gives the girlās WhatsApp number to a trusted guy to start chatting with her, just to try and track her down or meet physically so we can put an end to this; but we donāt know if itās wise or safe.

Please, what should she do? What steps can she take? Sheās overwhelmed, and so am I. I donāt want to lose my friend.
