*WHY DO WE PROCRASTINATE* Firstly, procrastination is not a time management problem caused by laziness; it is an emotion management problem. Most of the time we don’t try to avoid task, we know the importance of the task, and we want to do it, but somehow we don’t feel motivated to do it now, and the best option seems like doing it later. So what do you think we should deal with? The problem with trying to solve procrastination is that we consider the wrong solution, we assume we don’t know how to manage our time and be productive, we think it's only caused by laziness, but if you take your time and reflect on why you procrastinate, you will find out that you are not the problem, it is your approach to solving procrastination that is bad. But before we focus on solving the problem, let's consider the main reasons we procrastinate. You see, I am using us because I procrastinate too. Whatever is causing you to procrastinate lives in the present, not the past? Most of the time, we can identify them; they look insignificant, but instead of fixing them, we build a defensive wall to protect ourselves.
