Let’s be honest — “busy” is the new polite ghosting.
But in reality, “busy” can mean:
Mentally exhausted
Socially drained
Just not feeling chatty
Avoiding wahala (and people)
Truth is, we’re always online, but rarely present.
Maybe it’s time to redefine what being “productive” really means. You can be digitally active and emotionally offline at the same time.
So the next time someone says, “I’ve been busy,”
Just smile — they’re probably fighting for peace in a noisy world.
