*b) Self-Doubt* I like how everybody claims to believe in themselves, and deep down, we all struggle with some sort of self-doubt. Sometimes you set goals and targets when you are motivated, and another day you are doubting yourself, and in the next minute, you are staying positive. Self-doubt is inevitable, but how you manage it is what is more important. This lack of confidence in our own ability most of the time results in procrastination. Just ask yourself, why have you not started that task you set for yourself? It might be because you don’t believe in your own a b i l i t y, o r y o u t h i n k y o u are not capable. I need to apply for that Job, but what if I am not selected? Most young graduates, including myself, have not even tried to apply for any job. We assume everything is connected. Have you tried? No, self-doubt already defeats us even before we try. Why don’t you start a relationship? Men are scum, women are evil, I'm not perfect, I'm not a romantic individual, all this self-doubt compounds over time, resulting in constant delay and procrastination.
