Eating chili can have some negative effects, especially for certain individuals: -                                                                                 *Heartburn and acid reflux*: The spicy heat in chili can trigger or worsen heartburn and acid reflux symptoms.                                        - *Stomach upset*: Consuming large amounts of chili or extremely spicy chili can cause stomach discomfort, nausea, or diarrhea.                                                     . -   *Irritation*: The capsaicin in chili can irritate the digestive tract, mouth, or skin, leading to discomfort or pain.                            *Allergic reactions*: Some people may be allergic to chili peppers or specific compounds within them, which can cause symptoms like hives, itching, or difficulty breathing.
