*“Why We Romanticize Struggle Love… and Why We Should Stop”*

Somehow, we’ve been made to believe that real love must come with pain, tests, and endless suffering—especially in the beginning. But why?

Movies, music, and even some aunties say, “If he really loves you, he’ll come back after hurting you.” Sis, why should he leave in the first place?

We’ve turned heartbreak into a love language and red flags into romantic challenges. That’s not healing. That’s emotional stress.

Healthy love isn’t supposed to drain you, confuse you, or make you question your worth daily. It should feel safe, consistent, and kind.

Struggle love might look deep, but it often comes with trauma bonding, not real connection. Real love doesn’t have to hurt to be meaningful.

Let’s normalize soft love—where communication flows, feelings are clear, and peace is part of the package. You deserve that.

In 2025, choose someone who doesn’t make you beg for the bare minimum. Choose ease. Choose peace. Choose love that loves you back.
