*Text : Hebrews 13:5 – “For He hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.”*
*-----Inspirational Message-----*
Life’s journey often takes us through seasons where it seems God is silent or distant. No matter the discouragement, treat, fear of delay, you shall not be forsaken. Challenges, rejection, and betrayal can make us feel abandoned. But God’s Word assures us that we are never alone. His promise is not based on our feelings, but on His unchanging nature.
*1. God’s Presence is Constant.
Our emotions may fluctuate, but God’s presence does not. Even in the valley of the shadow of death, He is there (Psalm 23:4). Also in Isaiah 41:10a – “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God…” In the book of Matthew 28:20b – “…lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world.”
*2. God Does Not Forsake His Own.*
The word forsake means to abandon, desert, or leave without support. God’s covenant love ensures that He stands by His children through every trial. Deuteronomy 31:8 – “The Lord, He it is that doth go before thee… He will not fail thee, neither forsake thee.” The Psalmist saw it in Psalm 37:25 – “I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.” I Decree upon your life, you shall not be forsaken in Jesus Mighty Name
*3. Even When Others Leave, God Remains.*
Friends may disappoint, family may misunderstand, but God’s faithfulness endures. Paul said, “No man stood with me… notwithstanding the Lord stood with me” (2 Timothy 4:16–17).
Psalm 27:10 – “When my father and my mother forsake me, then the Lord will take me up.” No matter the situation now, You Shall Not be forsaken in Jesus Mighty Name
*4. Living with the Assurance of His Presence.*
Knowing God will never forsake us gives us peace, courage, and confidence to face life’s storms. Let’s learn how to:
A) Pray with thanksgiving in difficult seasons.
B) Trust His Word above your feelings.
C) Encourage others with the same promise.
*Reflection Prayer.*
Father, thank You for the unfailing promise that You will never leave nor forsake me. Help me to live daily with the assurance of Your presence, no matter what I face, in Jesus Mighty Name, Amen.
